Waiver of Liability Agreement
I have read and agree to abide by the rules and charter of the Eleventh World Schools Debating Championships.
As a participant in the Eleventh World Schools Debating Championships, and in consideration of the organisers, agents, volunteers and representatives of the Championships who are permitting me to participate, I hereby release them from any liability for any negligence, injury, sickness, acts of force majeure or any loss which may occur during the course of the Championships or while travelling to, from or in connection with the Championships.
In addition I agree to be responsible for insuring myself against the above named risks. I agree to indemnify and save harmless the Eleventh World Schools Debating Championships and its organisers, agents, volunteers and representatives from any loss or damage from the above named risks.
I agree to accept the liability for any damage, loss or injury to myself while attending or travelling to, from or with the Eleventh World Schools Debating Championships.
In the case of a participant under 18 years of age, I as his/her legal guardian agree to the conditions above on his/her behalf.
